Exterior Mechanical – 310 Series Installation

Right weigh scales mounted in a protective box come with a scale mounting bracket.

Step 1:

Choose a location for the bracket which allows the box to be opened and accessed easily. The location should also be safe from forklift posts, tire caps, etc. Make sure that the location chosen will not void any manufacturer’s warranty.

Step 2:

Install the gauge box to the bracket using the supplied stainless steel hardware.

Step 3:

Install a ¼” NPT to ¼” air line compression fitting to bottom of gauge. Included in the 101-SK installation kit, sold separately.

Step 4:

Install the new air line from the air bag into the compression fitting and tighten connection.
